Full disclosure. I just had a significant birthday, today, March 17th so I was curious about discounts. I looked them up, so you don't have to and thought I would share.
Not my usual content, but I hope it's appreciated.

COLORADO DISCOUNT CHEAT SHEET
👵 Senior (55+) Discounts – Colorado
These are very common and predictable:
🛒 Safeway (statewide)
→ ~10% off first Wednesday each month
💊 Walgreens (statewide)
→ 20% off first Tuesday of the month
👕 Kohl’s (statewide)
→ 15% off every Wednesday
🧥 Ross Dress for Less (statewide)
→ 10% off Tuesdays (55+)
♻️ Goodwill Colorado (statewide)
→ 15% off weekly (usually Tues/Wed)
📍 Local example (Colorado Springs area)
New Horizons Thrift Store
→ 10% off seniors every Wednesday
→ Also offers military discount (rare combo—nice one!)
🎖️ Military Discounts – Colorado
These tend to be daily and more consistent:
🏠 Home Depot / Lowe’s (statewide)
→ ~10% off most purchases (with ID verification)
👖 Most retail chains (Target, Walmart, etc.)
→ Not always advertised—ask at checkout
✈️ Travel (hotels, rental cars)
→ Often better than senior discounts
📍 Local example
New Horizons Thrift Store
→ ~15% off military (stronger than their senior discount)
