Change of Report Date to Jail for Tallman

Today would've been Tina Tallman's third day behind bars for the vehicular auto-pedestrian death of Susie Martinez, but she will have more time to report.

Mariann Collins, Martinez's daughter, reached out to us to report the victim's advocate notified them on the date change. Tallman had requested more time and will now have to report to jail August 14th.

Collins reported that the court's no-contact order will remain in place.

Tallman was sentenced to 45 days in jail for the death of Martinez. Martinez died after a being struck by a car while crossing the street at Highway 50 and Elm in Las Animas.
