Latino/Latina Veterans Recognized This Week in the Colorado General Assembly

(Denver, CO) -- Veterans of Hispanic heritage were recognized Friday in the House of Representatives in Denver. Representatives Richard Holtorf, Representative David Ortiz, Senators Robert Rodriguez and Dominick Moreno brought the House Joint Resolution HJR 22-1008. It was introduced and adopted. A House joint resolution, is a little different than a bill or law. They express a common feeling of the House on a certain issue, event or a person or people.
