Bobcat, Mountain Lion Bill To Be Debated This Week

(Denver, CO) -- It's time to talk about cats in Colorado. This week, senate bill 22-031, Prohibit Hunting Bobcat, Mountain Lion and Lynx in Colorado will be in the Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee for debate. The bill has passed its first reading and still has a long way to go before becoming law. It's one of the three most accessed bills on the Colorado Legislature's website and has been for the last three weeks. The bill would make it illegal to hunt Colorado's big cats.
