Deputies responded to the 400 block of Ambassador Thompson for a traffic complaint. Deputies were not able to locate the vehicle. Deputies responded to the 800 block of 3rd St. for an ambulance assist. Deputies assisted ambulance personnel. Deputies responded to the 1200 block of 8th St. for a burglary alarm. When deputies arrived, everything was secure and nothing appeared to be broken into. Deputies responded to the 600 block of 2nd St for a report of an assault. Deputies arrived and investigated. Deputies responded to the 900 block of Grove Avenue in Las Animas for a medical assist. Deputies help load the patient. Deputies arrested an adult male on three out of county warrants. Deputies responded to the 300 block of Elm Ave on a report of a disturbance. Deputies were unable to locate the disturbance. Deputies responded to the 100 block of Bent Ave on a report of theft. Deputies investigated and a summons was issued. Deputies responded to the 900 block of Grand Ave on a report of a dog running at large. Deputies were unable to catch the dog due to a higher priority call. Deputies responded to East 5th Street for the report of an animal attack. After further investigation, deputies determined that there was no animal attack. Deputies responded to the 300 block of 6th Street for an ambulance assist. The individual refused medical assistance and walked home. Upon further investigation, deputies discovered the person had a valid warrant for their arrest. The individual was taken into custody and transported to the Bent County Jail.
