(Denver, CO) -- A bill that would monitoring a person charged with a DUI is in committee today for testimony. The bill would allow $517,292 to be given to the judicial department; $10,294 to the department of revenue; and $1,386 to the office of the governor for use by the office of information technology to pay for the additional monitoring requirement.
